This policy explains how Trieu Ly Social Scheduler (the "Service", atsocial.trieuly.net), operated by Trieu Ly, an independent developer, handles data when you connect social media accounts. The Service is used to schedule and publish content for business accounts we manage for our clients.
1. Data we collect
- Your Service login: name and email address used to sign in to the Service.
- Connected account data, only after you authorize it on the platform's own screen:
- TikTok: display name, avatar, username and profile link (user.info.basic, user.info.profile), follower, like and video counts (user.info.stats), the list of your published videos (video.list), and permission to upload and publish videos you choose (video.upload, video.publish).
- Facebook and Instagram: the Pages and Instagram business accounts you choose, their names and pictures, and permission to publish posts and read post insights.
- YouTube and Google Business Profile: channel or profile name, permission to upload videos or publish posts, and basic performance statistics.
- Access tokens issued by each platform so the Service can publish on your behalf.
- Content you upload: videos, images and captions you schedule.
2. How we use the data
- To show which account you are posting to.
- To publish the content you select at the time you choose.
- To show basic analytics so you can see how posts perform.
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or use platform data to train AI models.
3. Sharing
Data is sent only to the platform you are publishing to (for example, a video is sent to TikTok when you publish it there). We do not share platform data with any other third party, except where required by law.
4. Storage and security
The Service runs on infrastructure we control and is reached only over HTTPS. Access is limited to us and to users we invite. Tokens are used only for the purposes above.
5. Retention and deletion
- When you disconnect an account in the Service, its access token is removed.
- You can also revoke access at any time in the platform's own settings (for example, TikTok: Settings and privacy, then Security, then Apps and services permissions).
- To delete all your data, email hello@trieuly.net. We will delete it within 30 days.
- Uploaded media is kept only as long as needed to publish and show the post, or until you delete it.
6. Google user data
The Service's use of information received from Google APIs follows theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube features are subject to theYouTube Terms of Service and theGoogle Privacy Policy.
7. Children
The Service is for business use only and is not directed to anyone under 18.
